This project involved the renovation of a 4,000 square foot cafeteria and servery within a busy, 100-seat acute care facility. The work was carefully phased and executed in place to allow the cafeteria to remain fully operational throughout construction, minimizing disruption to patients, staff, and visitors. The design addressed workflow efficiency, safety, and durability while accommodating the demands of an active healthcare environment and continuous daily use.
