This project involved the design of a 60,000 square foot interior build-out for a large insurance company within a Class A high-rise office complex at 1 International Place in Boston’s Downtown Crossing area. The scope included planning and documentation for new office environments and lobby spaces, along with the creation of electronic visualizations to clearly communicate design intent. The work balanced functional workplace needs with the architectural character and expectations of a premier downtown office setting.
