This project focused on the modernization and cosmetic renovation of the Maine Mall, updating a major regional retail center while maintaining daily operations. The scope included enhancements to interior common areas and tenant-facing spaces, with an emphasis on refreshed finishes, improved lighting, and updated wayfinding. The design introduced a more contemporary and cohesive visual identity while responding to the functional demands of an active shopping environment and minimizing disruption to tenants and patrons.
