A comprehensive set of as-built drawings was developed for the entire building, documenting existing conditions with a high level of accuracy to support long-term planning and future construction. This work included a detailed survey of the building’s architectural, structural, and MEP systems to understand how the facility had evolved over time and to identify deficiencies, constraints, and opportunities. Based on this analysis, a coordinated renovation plan was prepared for the building envelope and interior public spaces, emphasizing improved performance, durability, and occupant experience while working within the constraints of the existing structure.
