This comprehensive project included a complete interior renovation, where all finishes were replaced, and new nursing stations and common areas were designed to improve functionality and aesthetics.
On the exterior, the building underwent significant envelope restoration, including brick pointing and a roof replacement, ensuring long-term durability and improved energy efficiency. The revitalized interior spaces now feature updated flooring, wall coverings, lighting, and furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The new nursing stations and common areas are designed to facilitate better care delivery and foster social interaction among residents.
