Designed and managed construction documents for renovation of an existing housing suite into a 2,000 SF small Primary Care health clinic.
ExAblate Neurology MRI Upgrades, Sharp Healthcare, San Diego, California.
Designed and managed construction documents for building upgrades required to support a new ExAblate Neurology add-on to an existing MRI suite. Project scope included renovating and decertifying the RF shielding, reconfiguring coil and linen storage, and minor floor plan changes to accommodate a new chiller and head end unit.

Developed prototype practice layout and customized for building conditions in17 individual business units, including Imaging Department, Primary and Specialty medical practices, and Logistics/Building Services. Cambridge Hospital Pharmacy USP 797 Upgrades & Renovations, Cambridge, Massachusetts

Planned programmed and designed new 64-slice CT procedure suite and retrofit of trailer corridor, pad, and support areas for a new mobile 1.5T MRI coach. (Project completed with MCMUSA)
Lahey Clinic, Molecular Pathology Lab Buildout, Burlington, Massachusetts
Designed and developed construction documents for research-based molecular laboratory. Working directly with faculty researcher, created a customized fitup of an existing histology laboratory for specialized research work. Newton Wellesley Orthopedic Associates Office Fitup, Wellesley, Massachusetts
Designed and developed working drawings for 6200 sf high-end, “spa-level” orthopedists office suite in a multi-tenant medical office building in Wellesley, MA. Programmed, designed and developed working drawings to fit out 12,000 SF of newly constructed medical office space for a high-end Women’s Health and Diagnostic Imaging facility. Sutter Solano Medical Center, Cosmetic Enhancement Project, Vallejo, California.
Complete facility survey, and turn-key project delivery of all design, construction, consulting, and vendor services. Responsible for project marketing, planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery. St. Francis Hospital, HCFA Compliance Project, Milwaukee Wisconsin.
HCFA (code) compliance project in 375,000 sf urban medical complex, touching primarily hospital infrastructure and life safety systems and elements. Developed strategies for life safety, including commissioning of a Fire Safety Equivalency Study (FSES, NFPA 101a), coordination with existing construction projects, and worked very closely with hospital attorneys, local Dept. of Public Health, and HCFA to help maintain hospital licensure. Developed masterplan and programming analysis for a 700,000 SF, 325-bed replacement hospital resulting from the merger of two independent community hospitals. Reviewed operations of Support Services functions to calculate one-time and ongoing efficiencies resulting from the merger of two hospitals into an integrated health delivery network. Fletcher Allen Health Care Masterplan, Burlington, Vermont
Developed master-planning, programming, and backfill planning for 1.0 million square feet of acute care programs at Vermont’s premier academic medical center. Responsible for reviewing operations and capital budgets for Support Services functions. Executed a solicitation process for a new $3.0M Commissary, which included pre-qualifying vendor proponents and writing and issuing an RFP for Dietary services. Lead the initiative to create a programming and design study to consolidate and rehabilitate the aging Boston icon, including inpatient forensic psychiatric units, pediatric inpatient units and school, half-way house, homeless shelter and other administrative and support spaces.
