This project involved serving as Architect of Record for the Class A office complex at 10 St. James Avenue and 75 Arlington Street in Boston’s Back Bay, a LEED Silver–certified campus of approximately 825,000 square feet that integrates modern construction with a historic 1913 building. In collaboration with a New York–based design firm, the work focused on sensitively uniting the new office tower with the existing structure through a multi-story atrium and restoring the historic canopy at 75 Arlington Street. The scope also included office fit plans within the new tower and multiple tenant fit-outs in the historic building, balancing contemporary workplace needs with architectural context.
