Our firm was selected to implement Brookstone’s new retail branding standards across tenant spaces nationwide. Acting as architect of record, we adapted prototype design guidelines to diverse mall and shopping center conditions, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and local jurisdictions in markets across the United States.
The work required balancing consistent brand identity with site-specific constraints, from varying lease depths and structural systems to differing code requirements in each jurisdiction. Our team provided construction documents, permitting support, and coordination with consultants to ensure that every store reflected Brookstone’s updated image while remaining efficient to build and operate.
This program involved dozens of projects completed on accelerated schedules, demonstrating our ability to manage multi-site retail rollouts while maintaining both design quality and technical accuracy.
