Cronin’s Landing is a distinguished mixed-use development located on a prime waterfront site along Waltham’s picturesque Charles River. A key highlight of Cronin’s Landing is the meticulous preservation and reuse of the original 1922 Art Deco limestone facade of the former Grover Cronin Department Store. This iconic facade, a significant piece of Waltham’s architectural heritage, was carefully restored and integrated into the new construction. This effort not only honors the historical significance of the site but also adds a unique character and charm to the development, creating a striking visual contrast between the preserved historical elements and the modern design of the new buildings.
